The Bosville Hotel Overview

Location: Portree, Isle of Skye, Scotland 

The Bosville Hotel is superbly located in the heart of Portree, overlooking the sea and right beside the harbour. Originally a row of three traditional 19th century houses, the restored and refurbished hotel now offers a selection of 20 cosy bedrooms with contemporary Scottish touches yet retaining the period feel of this historic property.

The Dulse and Brose (seaweed and porridge) is the Bosville’s award-winning restaurant which alongside the Merchant Bar offers local ales and gins as well as a great wine list with modern Scottish food including specialities from their seafood grill.

The Skye Bridge at Kyle of Lochalsh connects Skye with the mainland meaning access to this west coast favourite doesn’t require a ferry. On Skye there’s lots to explore including the Fairy Pools, Neist Point and the Old Man of Storr.
