Leonardo Boutique Huntingtower Hotel Perth Overview
Location: Perth, Scotland
Set within six acres of private landscaped grounds just beyond the outskirts of Perth, Leonardo Boutique Huntingtower Hotel is a traditional country house hotel built in the half-timbered style and sympathetically refurbished and extended to offer 34 guest rooms and a host of superb amenities.
The Huntingtower cleverly blends the building’s original period architecture with clever contemporary features and soft furnishings with a traditional Scottish style.
All of the Huntingtower’s bedrooms are ensuite and feature free Wi-Fi, flat screen TVs and a refreshment dock. There is a bar offering drinks and light bites and the hotel restaurant offers dining in a more formal setting for breakfast and dinner. In warmer months guests can be seated outside in the hotel gardens.
The Huntingtower is superbly located in a semi-rural location just off the A85 which leads on to Crieff and further west to Loch Earn and the Trossachs National Park. The A9 is close by and offers superb access north to the Highlands and south towards Edinburgh, Stirling and Glasgow.
The ‘Fair City’ of Perth is on the doorstep and offers a huge amount to see and do. Situated on the banks of the River Tay and once Scotland’s ancient capital, Perth offers green spaces, an historic centre with elegant Georgian townhouses, museums, galleries and a wealth of great shopping, bars and restaurants. A few miles to the north of Perth is Scone Palace, seat of the Earls of Mansfield and once the crowning place of Scottish kings.
