Set in 2 acres of pretty riverside gardens, the Rothay Garden has undergone extensive renovations in recent years to upgrade the hotel throughout yet retain the charm and appeal of the original period buildings.
The hotel now offers 30 individually designed rooms and suites as well as having its own restaurant and a small but perfectly formed spa with views over the hotel grounds.

The village of Grasmere is on the doorstep and one of the Lake District’s most popular villages with a wealth of shops and cafes and is most famous for its connection to the poet William Wordsworth.
